My First Halloween

Halloween is all October at the Pitt's. This week's outfit is compliments of Aunt Laura & Aunt Martha, thank you!

And because I am crazy for these cookies, I thought I would share the recipe. Bring a little treat to your kitchen this weekend...

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Oat Cookies
(Big name, Big taste)

4 cups wheat flour
2 cups old fashioned oats, uncooked
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1.5 cups softened butter
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup raw sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 can (16 oz) pumpkin
2 cups chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350. Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Mix all other ingredients in large bowl. Gradually add dry to wet and then add chocolate chips. Bake 11-12 mins and ENJOY!
